What we treat

Where it hurts, and how you move

Osteopathy looks at the whole of how you move, not just the spot that aches. These are the problems people most often come in with.

Your first visit

What happens when you come in

No GP referral needed. You can book to see an osteopath directly. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, as you may be asked to bend or stretch.

  1. First conversation

You'll talk through what's bothering you and your general health before any hands-on work starts.

  2. Hands-on assessment

Checking how you move, stand and hold yourself to find out what's driving the pain.

  3. Treatment

Manual therapy to ease pain and improve movement, plus advice on what to do between visits.

  4. Follow-up

Most problems need more than one visit. You'll agree a plan for how many and how often.
