What Localstreet is. A directory of independent businesses in West London. Unclaimed pages are built from public information — the business's own public listing and Companies House — and refreshed monthly. We hold: business name, address, phone number, opening hours, trade, and the words on the page. We never copy reviews or photos we have no right to use.
Lawful basis. Legitimate interest in publishing business contact information that the business itself publishes. A sole trader's listing can be personal data: any owner can have their page removed in one click (Remove my page) and we act within a minute.
Visitors. No cookies, no tracking across sites. We count page views and taps (call, directions, claim) on our own server with no personal identifiers, to show owners what their page did.
Owners who claim. We hold the mobile number on the listing (to text the claim link), what you tell us in the chat, and the photos you upload. Ask hello@localstreet.co.uk for a copy or deletion.
