Do you take walk-ins?
Ring ahead for a set time where you can. If a chair happens to be free we can sometimes fit walk-ins in too.
Do I need a patch test before colour or lashes?
Standard practice is a patch test 48 hours beforehand if it's your first visit or it's been a while since your last one.
How long does a colour appointment take?
It depends on the treatment — a root touch-up is quicker than a full head of colour, so let us know when you call so we can allow enough time.
What should I bring for a manicure or pedicure?
Nothing special — just let us know if you'd like gel rather than regular polish when you book.
