How it goes
From your saree to the finished fit
Four simple stages, with a try-on at the end so any small adjustments can be made.
Bring your piece
Come in with the saree, blouse or outfit you want work on, or browse the sarees in the shop.
Measure and discuss
Measurements are taken and you talk through the fit and finish you want.
Stitching
The work is done to those measurements, then checked against the fit.
Collect and try on
Come back to collect, try it on, and ask for any small adjustments.
Can you stitch a blouse to go with my saree?
Ring or call in with the saree and tell them what you want. They'll take measurements and talk through the fit.
Do you do alterations as well?
Tailoring is part of what the shop does. Ring with what needs changing and they'll say whether they can help.
Should I bring my saree with me?
It helps, as the blouse and finishing can be matched to the fabric. Ring first if you're unsure what to bring.
Do I need to ring before I come?
You can walk in during opening hours. A quick call first is sensible if you're travelling far or have a deadline.
