Yes, appointments are needed so there's time set aside for your treatment.
What should I wear for a massage?
Something loose and comfortable. You'll be given privacy to undress to whatever level feels comfortable for the area being treated.
Is deep tissue massage painful?
It can feel firm, especially on tight areas, but the pressure is adjusted to what's comfortable for you.
Can I buy the skincare products separately?
Yes, the natural skincare products used in treatments are also available to take home.
