Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Ringing ahead means they can check they've got your size in stock before you arrive.
Can a puncture be repaired, or will I need a new tyre?
It depends on the size and position of the damage — small punctures in the tread can often be repaired rather than replaced.
Do you check wheel alignment as well as fit tyres?
Yes — alignment (tracking) can be checked and adjusted, which helps tyres wear evenly.
How long does fitting a set of tyres take?
Most cars are done the same day, so it's worth ringing to find a convenient time to bring it in.
